- Conveying local social norms and values
- Intervening in emergency and crisis situations, managing conflicts, and supporting in difficult situations
- Case management according to client specifications / SKOS guidelines
- Guiding and supporting in household tasks (cooking, cleaning, minor repairs)
- Collaboration and coordination with external agencies such as clients, guardianships, schools, volunteers, emergency services
- Organizing and conducting admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Supporting the integration of MNA into education and the labor market
- Advising on social and legal issues and referring to specialized services
- Identifying resources and networks to support MNA
- Organizing and conducting group activities and workshops
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Bachelor (FH or University) in Social Pedagogy / Social Work or equivalent
- 2 years of professional experience in asylum and refugee sector desired
- Knowledge of SKOS guidelines desired
- Good user skills in MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, or special private extract)
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- French | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- Any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Driver's license category B desired
- Willingness to work weekends
