YOUR TASKS

• Support and advice for nursing professionals in clinical practice as well as in complex patient situations
• Coaching of nursing consultants and co-leading the nursing specialist group
• Co-responsibility for continuous development and quality assurance in the field of practice
• Co-responsibility in the development of evidence-based guidelines and concepts, their current stance, and in the implementation of group-wide best practice developments
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with our partner doctors and other areas
• Participation in nursing-specific projects or working groups
• Internal training and knowledge transfer
• Participation in cross-clinic networks
• Contact person for Bachelor of Science in Nursing students from OST

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or master's degree in nursing with professional experience as a nursing consultant or equivalent function
• Several years of professional experience in nursing patients in various fields of acute care
• Committed and proactive personality with high social competence and enjoyment in supporting change processes
• Responsible, resilient, and flexible
• Pedagogical skills and good IT knowledge
• High customer orientation and willingness to serve
