YOUR TASKS
- Support and advice for nursing professionals in clinical practice as well as in complex patient situations
- Coaching of nursing consultants and co-leading the nursing specialist group
- Co-responsibility for continuous development and quality assurance in the field of practice
- Co-responsibility in the development of evidence-based guidelines and concepts, their current stance, and in the implementation of group-wide best practice developments
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with our partner doctors and other areas
- Participation in nursing-specific projects or working groups
- Internal training and knowledge transfer
- Participation in cross-clinic networks
- Contact person for Bachelor of Science in Nursing students from OST
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or master's degree in nursing with professional experience as a nursing consultant or equivalent function
- Several years of professional experience in nursing patients in various fields of acute care
- Committed and proactive personality with high social competence and enjoyment in supporting change processes
- Responsible, resilient, and flexible
- Pedagogical skills and good IT knowledge
- High customer orientation and willingness to serve
