The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood as well as three integrative daycare centers.

In our External Residential Group 2, we accompany people with cognitive disabilities in various apartments in the Winterthur-Töss district, who design their lives independently and as autonomously as possible.

HOW?
- You promote the residents in their personal development and self-determination in all areas of social life.
- You accompany the residents in living together, planning everyday challenges, and managing their household.
- You help the residents in organizing their leisure time.
- You support the residents, where necessary, with small nursing tasks.
- You work interdisciplinarily with internal foundation departments, relatives, legal representatives, medical professionals, and the extended social environment.
- You maintain client documentation in RedLine.
