Quantity Surveyor Construction Cost Planning 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the preparation of preliminary quantities, tender documents, final accounts and post-calculations based on planning documents and construction descriptions

• Conducting cost management from the planning phase through construction execution to final billing

• Coordination and handling of tender procedures as well as processing enquiries from contractors

• Preparation of offer comparisons to support awarding decisions

• Professional support for construction and project management in quantity surveying as well as in the billing of ongoing and completed construction projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as a draughtsperson EFZ with a focus on architecture or equivalent qualification

• Additional training in construction management HF, project management or comparable further education desirable

• Practical experience in the construction industry or in cost calculation is an advantage

• Confident handling of Messerli software as well as common MS Office applications

• Precise, systematic and reliable approach to task processing
