Employee Operations and Building Maintenance, 80-100%
For our Südpark Residence in Basel, we are looking for an employee for operations and building maintenance at 80-100% from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
The Südpark is a high-quality residence for the urban population from the third stage of life and is operated in the style of a boutique hotel with 103 stylish apartments, personalised services for the residents, and 28 single rooms for inpatient care.
Your area of responsibility
- Special cleaning in cooperation with the Head of Operations and Building Maintenance
- Participation in the daily business of the Technology & Security department
- Proper operation and maintenance of equipment and materials
- Ensuring hygiene and cost-effectiveness of the department
- Compliance with all valid work guidelines and processes

You bring with you
- Training as an electrician, industrial mechanic, building maintenance specialist EFZ or similar
- Proven professional experience in a comparable role in an upscale, hotel-like operation
- Sound (building) technology and IT knowledge
You are resilient and work reliably and independently as a technical all-rounder. You have an efficient working style and a high quality standard regarding building technology, safety, and order. A sense of duty and a pronounced service mentality also characterise you. Thanks to your pleasant manners, you maintain good contact with the residents.
