To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the paediatrics department of the HFR Fribourg - Cantonal Hospital of:

Nurses for a 6-month fixed-term contract
80-100%

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their family, respecting the care philosophy of the HFR, working all the department's shifts
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
• evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming for continuous improvement of your interventions
• supervise, support and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
• participate in the development of the department and demonstrate creativity

Your profile:

• nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
• proven experience in nursing care
• experience in a hospital setting is an asset
• training in complementary medicine is an asset
• professional or extra-professional experience with children
• proficiency in French with knowledge of German
• proficiency in IT tools
• dynamic, constructive and creative mindset
• good stress and unexpected situation management

• interpersonal skills and communication with children and their families
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• rigour, flexibility and autonomy
