Service Specialist - Rollout 60 - 70% (m/f/d) As a Service Specialist at Factory 77 AG, you will play a key role in successfully positioning our POS products and services in the market. Your main focus will be on the implementation of installations of displays, roll-outs, and technical support.

Your Tasks

Installation of displays
Diagnosis of technical problems on-site
Collaboration in logistics
Documentation of installations and service work
Processing of support requests (email and phone)
Compliance with safety standards and regulations

Your Profile

Craftsmanship, technical and digital understanding
Independent working style and teamwork ability
Good communication skills
Customer and service-oriented attitude
Reliable and conscientious working style
Class B driver's license
Good German and English skills, knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
Strong teamwork ability and the competence to work collectively and share knowledge
