Internship Legal Service KESB 80 - 100%
The following internship is available in the Legal Service KESB department starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement:
Tasks
- Writing decisions and correspondence
- Participation in authority decision meetings as well as decisions made individually by an authority member
- Legal support for the procedural authority members in child and adult protection cases
- Legal special clarifications, especially in inheritance law, property law, contract law, etc.
- Preparing and recording hearings
- Participation in managing delegated procedures, especially drafting maintenance agreements
Duration: We offer an internship lasting from 6 to 12 months.
Attorney license: The internship will be credited.Requirements
- Completed studies in law (MLaw)
- Interest in child and adult protection law
- Openness and respect towards people in difficult life situations
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good editorial skills
