Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you…
- ensure continuous updates and the highest quality of the Swiss Samsung website, including product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- are responsible for and optimize content for an assigned product category (e.g., microsites, promotions, blog articles)
- lead and implement global and regional dotcom projects to ensure smooth local execution and timely go-live
- work closely with our digital agency on content updates, creative assets, and website enhancements
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital communication, product management, category management) to align priorities and deliver consistent content across channels
- monitor, analyze, and report on website performance to identify optimization and innovation opportunities
- create and edit images (using Adobe Photoshop)
- exchange ideas across borders with colleagues in other subsidiaries and coordinate
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- have a commercial or marketing-related degree
- have 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website management
- possess strong project management skills and understand user experience, website performance, and digital customer journeys
- have in-depth knowledge of content management systems (ideally AEM) and are very experienced in MS Office
- are a native German speaker and fluent in English and French
- work in multicultural environments and coordinate stakeholders across teams and countries
- are detail-oriented, solution-focused, proactive, and remain calm in dynamic situations
- have a high sense of responsibility, ownership, and willingness to learn
