About the job

The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency centre, more than 27,500 people are treated annually.
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern 80 - 100% (m/f) starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, limited to 6 - 12 months

Your tasks

Support in administrative areas (from entry to exit, recruitment, system entries, support for payroll accounting, time recording, data filing, etc.)
Assistance with counter and telephone service
If possible, participation in exciting and varied HR projects

Your profile

Completed commercial/business school or grammar school
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
Good MS Office knowledge
Service-oriented, motivated, independent and discreet personality
