Software Solution Architect (m/f/d) 80-100%

What to expect from us:

• You design, plan, and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud applications within the bexio product, relying on modern technologies such as the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• In close collaboration with the agile development teams and in regular exchange with the architecture team, you develop innovative solutions and actively promote best practices.

• You create and maintain architecture documentation and guidelines that serve as a basis for sustainable further development.

• You also coach developers and stakeholders in architectural principles and cloud technologies.

• You continuously analyze our cloud application landscape and identify optimization potentials regarding performance, costs, and security.

• You not only contribute your ideas but also consistently implement them in practice.

What we expect from you:

• You have several years of experience in designing, implementing, and further developing scalable, highly available, and secure cloud architectures.

• You competently advise product management – from strategic alignment through requirements gathering to evaluating architecture designs and their impacts.

• Analyzing requirements, developing viable architecture concepts, convincingly communicating them to management and development teams, and ensuring implementation quality through reviews are among your core competencies.

• You bring a solid track record with pronounced hands-on experience in integration-heavy projects and products.

• You have very good understanding and practical experience in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, automation tools, and infrastructure as code.

• You have solid knowledge in PHP and/or Scala or Java.

• Performance orientation, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility drive you to actively push things forward.

• Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
