Your Tasks
Individual and group offers are carried out and accompanied by you, including the documentation and evaluation of the offers. You assist with special events, celebrations, and excursions. Communication and information about the offers to internal and external stakeholders are also part of your tasks. Regular information to supervisors as well as informing the team and those responsible for Culture & Everyday Life about deviations and special incidents in your area are a matter of course for you. You are jointly responsible for the care and order of the materials.
Your Profile
- Training as a care specialist or training at HF / FH level (LeA, FAB, FAA, social work, therapeutic or geragogic professions)
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience and experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Flexibility and initiative
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational talent and networked thinking
- Enjoyment in working with older people
- Empathy and patience
- Professional relationship management
