What is my role?

• Independent programming of CNC programmes using CAM systems (Mastercam / WinFlex) for single-spindle turning centres up to milling/turning centres

• Setting up machines and monitoring ongoing production

• Conducting quality control and optimising manufacturing processes

• Driving automation in production

• Leading a small team of employees

• Planning and coordinating production orders for the team

• Ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards

• Active participation in internal company projects and improvement initiatives

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification

• Ideally, solid manufacturing experience in CNC turning with controls such as WinFlex, Fanuc or Mazatrol

• Knowledge of CAM programming is advantageous

• Strong quality awareness and high standards for precise work results

• Respectful and cooperative interaction with colleagues and supervisors

• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a team

• Experience in resource planning of employees and machines is an advantage

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Willingness for continuous development and participation in optimisation projects
