For the Post-Processing of Radioactive Materials (NRM) group in the Hot Laboratory department, we are looking for an
Your tasks
- Responsibility for operation, maintenance, as well as modernisation and further development of gamma spectrometric measurement technology
- Planning and execution of gamma spectrometric measurements for services and research projects
- Characterisation of radioactive waste packages with the Segment Gamma Scanner (SGS)
- Fission gas analysis using GC-MS
- Documentation of work processes in the area of responsibility and preparation of work instructions
- Management of (partial) projects in the area of responsibility
Your profile
- Engineer FH or physics laboratory technician with appropriate further training or professional experience in gamma spectrometry
- Open, communicative personality who enjoys working in a team
- Training and further education in radiation protection
- You communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written)
