You create added value through:

• Ensuring the various processes in the customer service organization

• Consulting and supporting customers and business partners

• Promoting the customer service business through proactive customer care

• Processing offers for service contracts or repair requests

• Receiving and scheduling repair and service orders

• Ongoing monitoring of appointments

• Consulting and training business partners

• Equipping customers and business partners with tools and spare parts

• Ordering and logistics for spare parts and accessories

• Several years of practical experience in international technical customer service (preferably food industry)

• Resilient personality, solution-oriented, independent, structured

• Strong customer orientation

• Structured and result-oriented working style

• Initiative and ability to work in a team

• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage

• Proficient in handling CAD programs (e.g., Solid Works)
