TASKS
- You plan, lead and supervise construction sites in concrete construction
- You support and promote the construction site teams
- You take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs of your construction sites
- You enforce occupational safety as well as health and environmental protection on your construction sites
- You represent our company towards the client and the construction management
- You ensure careful handling of our machines and equipment
- Completed training as a construction manager (HF), civil engineer (BSc) or master builder (HFP)
- Experience in concrete construction or strong interest in acquiring it
- Leadership skills, flexibility, resilience and team orientation
- Precise and efficient working method
- You understand leading people and managing projects as a holistic task
- Good oral and written German skills
- An interesting, independent and responsible role in a long-established, motivated management team in a modern family business that is ISO certified
