Your tasks
Support in the implementation of cost accounting and cost carrier accounting (e.g. allocations)
Ensuring REKOLE standards including participation in internal and external audits
Assistance in the preparation of external statistics and evaluations
After complete training, your area of activity will expand as follows:
Creation of internal reports and relevant financial information as well as ad-hoc evaluations
Ensuring interdisciplinary exchange with the clinic departments and conducting regular controlling discussions
Maintaining and ensuring data quality in the relevant systems
Participation in projects

Your profile
Degree with a focus on finance and accounting (FH, university, financial specialist certificate)
Professional experience in controlling, ideally in healthcare
Experience with various IT systems, especially very good Excel skills (Navision knowledge is an advantage)
Strong analytical skills as well as high interconnected and solution-oriented thinking
Enjoyment in analyzing, further developing, and optimizing processes
Motivated, open, and team-oriented personality
Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration
