tasks

• you ensure individual, high-quality care and support for 3-4 residents with higher care needs
• you assist with everyday activities and maintain care documentation in easydok
• medical-technical tasks, independent work in various departments and doctor visits are also part of your responsible duties
• these are early or late shifts, split shifts are also possible but not mandatory
• the workload can be between 40 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have completed training as a healthcare specialist (m/f) (for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required) and have experience in care
• you also have good German language skills, both spoken and written
• are you open to all deployment shifts (including weekends) and willing to undertake further training?
• do you describe yourself as warm, competent and motivated and do you have a respectful and appreciative approach to people in need of care?
