Health Specialist for Night Shift, Part-time 20-40% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• In a two-person team, you are responsible for the competent and individual care and support of approximately 50 residents during the night
• You adhere to the institution's guidelines and follow the care processes
• You are also the contact person for the residents, their relatives, and the doctors
• Independent and precise care documentation with Easydok completes your varied range of tasks
• The workload can be between 20 and 40%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• Ideally, you have professional experience in long-term care
• Do you enjoy working independently, service-oriented, and conscientiously?
