What sets you apart
- Completed training in the social, medical, or psychological field or in HR with relevant further training in case management
- Several years of experience in case management, ideally in a larger company or in HR
- Very good knowledge of social security and labor law
- French language skills (at least B1) are mandatory
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, high communication and consulting skills, and a strong service orientation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Impeccable character (criminal and debt register extract)
What you will achieve
- Care and support for employees in challenging professional or health situations (e.g., in case of illness, accident, or professional reintegration)
- Development of individual support plans and coordination with internal and external parties (e.g., supervisors, social security, IV offices, doctors)
- Early detection and prevention of absences in collaboration with managers
- Advising and supporting managers on health management issues
- Documentation, monitoring, and reporting of ongoing case management cases
- Participation in HR projects in the areas of health, prevention, and absence management
