Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Milling)

Activities

Operate, control and monitor CNC milling centres with Heidenhain controls
Create CNC programmes with Topsolid-CAM
Manufacture tools, fixtures and aids
Set up machines and run in workpieces
Carry out initial sample inspections and ensure product quality

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic
Several years of experience in milling on multi-axis machines, ideally Hermle or Versa
Knowledge in programming with CAM systems such as TopSolid
Experience in the production of prototypes and small series
Good German language skills as well as confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
