Your tasks
- Quick service (battery replacement, partial repairs, etc.) on watches from the premium and luxury segment
- Handling sales and service warranty cases
- Monitoring deadlines for internal orders
- Procurement and management of spare parts
- Technical detailed documentation of performed work as well as status maintenance in the in-house management system
- Sales-supporting services and consultations
- Technical customer advice
- Acceptance of repairs
Your skills
- Completed training as a watchmaker specializing in rhabillage / industry / production
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High level of empathy for our customers from all over the world
- Native German speaker, good English skills
