Project Manager Heating and/or Sanitary 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the quality-, deadline- and cost-compliant handling of all customer orders from planning to successful handover

• Independent and professional management of demanding projects in the area of new construction as well as refurbishment for diverse properties in commercial, industrial and residential construction

• Active acquisition of new orders as well as continuous maintenance and expansion of relationships with existing and potential customers, architects, planners and suppliers

• Comprehensive responsibility for all personnel coordination within the projects, including deployment planning and resource management

• Preparation of offers, calculations and specifications in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments

• Coordination and monitoring of construction site processes as well as ensuring professional execution in accordance with applicable standards and regulations

• Conducting site inspections and regular coordination with all project participants

• Active participation in the further development of processes and standards within the company

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a building services technician specialising in sanitary or heating, ideally with a Swiss Federal VET Diploma

• Further additional training to a Bachelor in Building Services/Energy or to a Swiss Federal Certified Sanitary or Heating Master is a great advantage and appreciated

• Several years of solid and proven professional experience in the area of service, maintenance and upkeep of heating and sanitary systems

• Strong service and customer orientation with an understanding of the needs of different stakeholder groups

• Very good oral and written expression in German, both in customer contact and in documentation

• High resilience even in demanding project situations as well as a structured, systematic and solution-oriented way of working

• Genuine enthusiasm and openness for the diverse possibilities of digitalisation in building services engineering

• Teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate and motivate various project participants

• Independent, responsible working style with pronounced entrepreneurial thinking

• Driving licence category B for customer visits and site appointments
