Process Engineer Wafer Fab

For our wafer production technology at Axetris AG, we are looking for an independent and motivated personality.

Your tasks:

Responsible for improving processes and associated equipment

Development and optimization of production parameters in wafer manufacturing

Transfer of new processes into production

Specification, evaluation, installation, and qualification of new systems and equipment

Ensuring 2nd-level support for equipment and process problems in production

Your profile:

Master's degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field

Several years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing and proven experience in one of the areas sputter deposition, dry etching, wet chemistry, dicing, or pick & place

Good knowledge of methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, root cause analysis, etc.

German and English language skills required

High initiative and hands-on mentality
