Support Engineer for Analytical Instruments 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions about analytical instruments and laboratory equipment. You conduct telephone and remote fault diagnostics and assist in solving technical problems. On-site at the customer, you carry out installations, maintenance, and repairs of the devices. You train users in handling the instruments and create technical documentation. Additionally, you work closely with sales and support technical presentations.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies or training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a comparable qualification

• Technical understanding of analytical measuring devices and laboratory instruments

• Service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of customer contact

• Willingness to travel for assignments at customers

• Very good German and English skills

• Driving licence class B

• Structured and independent way of working
