Role Objective:

In this position, you ensure the safe and reliable operation of crane and industrial systems at customer sites. With your technical expertise, you independently carry out maintenance, service, and repair work and contribute to the long-term availability of the systems. You maintain direct customer contact and represent the company as a competent technical contact person.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, service, and repair work on crane and industrial systems
• Analyse and resolve technical faults on site at the customer
• Commissioning and functional checks of systems and components
• Technical advice and support for customers in the area of operation
• Documentation of completed work and service calls
• Ensure high system availability and operational safety

Your Profile:

• Completed training as an automation technician, polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or comparable technical discipline
• Ideally knowledge in the electrical field
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of field service and direct customer contact
• Driving licence category BE
• High reliability and willingness to take responsibility
