Practical Trainer in Geriatric Psychiatry (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for all training tasks on the ward
- Planning working hours with the trainees (FaGe and nursing HF/FH)
- Continuous support and promotion of the trainees
- Planning and conducting introductions, location discussions, learning support, learning documentation and qualifications
- Timely submission of training documents
- Close cooperation with the ward management and those responsible for training
- Collaboration with the nursing team and the interdisciplinary team
- Individual, needs-based and respectful interaction with patients
Your Profile
- Professional experience as a qualified nurse (HF/FH)
- Further training in vocational education, or willingness to undertake such training
- Enjoyment and experience in supporting trainees
- Strong communication and reflection skills
- High empathy and assertiveness
- Independent, responsible work organisation
- Outgoing, constructive and empathetic personality
- Experience with common IT programmes
- Commitment and enthusiasm to help shape new developments
