The Sportbahnen Melchsee-Frutt are among the leading mountain railway companies in Central Switzerland. Both in winter and summer, the excursion and holiday region Melchsee-Frutt is very popular with its numerous activity options. As a service and transport company in the tourism sector, the guest is our focus. To complement our team, we are looking for committed and motivated employees for the winter season 2025/26 in the following area:
RAIL SERVICE 20 - 100% (Gondola lift, chairlift, ski lift) Your important area of responsibility includes preparing the facilities and guest support during the use of the facilities. You act guest-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You ensure the daily operation of the facility assigned to you and are responsible for the inspection and cleaning of the facility - if necessary, you also assist with maintenance and repairs. Do you enjoy the combination of technology and guest service? You have empathy and skill in dealing with guests and employees and also trust your ability and constitution to ensure the daily operation of a facility? We expect a safety-oriented, independent, and friendly way of working. Flexible availability and enjoyment of snow and low temperatures are prerequisites.
