Job Description

• Ensuring holistic and individual care and support of patients according to the nursing process
• Independent implementation of prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures in collaboration with our health care specialists
• Identification and management of emergency situations and initiation of appropriate measures until the doctor arrives
• Management and responsibility for patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility
• Co-responsibility for the introduction and support of new employees and trainees

Qualifications

• A certified nursing specialist with professional experience in acute care
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Customer orientation, reliability, flexibility, and independence
• Open, outgoing, communicative, and committed personality
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and resilience
