Nursing Specialist HF (DN II/AKP/GKP) 50-80% in a self-organized team
What to expect:
As a nursing specialist, you take on the professionally demanding care, nursing, and preventive support of our clients in their familiar environment.
You conduct needs assessments (RAI-HC), coordinate with doctors and hospitals, and advise relatives.
You document the nursing process professionally and, if desired, contribute to the training and supervision of trainees.
What you bring:
- Diploma in Nursing HF or equivalent qualification (DN II, AKP, GKP)
- Professional experience in outpatient care is an advantage
- Enjoyment of personal responsibility and independent work
- Motivation to help shape new things
- Driver's license category B
Your team:
You work in an interdisciplinary, self-organized team of 7–12 colleagues that:
- plans, organizes, and decides independently
- flexibly arranges working hours (e.g., focus on evening or weekend shifts)
- operates without a formal manager – instead with clearly distributed roles
- selects new team members independently
- relies on personal responsibility, trust, and collaboration
