About the job

Your studies at UNITY offer you:

• Ideal combination of theory and practice: You alternate every 13 weeks between studying at Bielefeld University and actively working on business administration tasks and projects in our company. You apply your knowledge directly in practice and can choose your own specialisations during your studies – including a practice-oriented bachelor thesis in the seventh semester.
• Varied tasks within the company: You can apply the knowledge you acquire during your studies directly in our various company departments (e.g. marketing, HR, financial accounting, management assistance).

• Marketing department: Support the development of marketing strategies,
  campaign planning (social media, trade fairs, print), website design, event planning.
• Management assistance department: From preparing offers to customer communication - there is never a dull moment with us. Learn proper customer relationship management or travel planning.
• Human resources department: Get to know the various processes of personnel administration - from contract preparation, onboarding to offboarding. You will accompany recruiting processes, support the organisation of training sessions and participate in personnel development projects.
• Financial accounting department: Learn more about bookkeeping & balance sheets, cost and performance accounting.

What you bring with you

• Willingness to learn: You see challenges as opportunities and are ready to learn continuously. As a basis, you have (soon) successfully obtained your (technical) A-levels.
• Communication skills: You approach others openly and have good German and English skills.
• Ambition: You have the drive to achieve something and want to develop both professionally and personally.
• Responsibility: You are eager to take on responsibility and have the motivation to work on tasks independently and in a team as well as to contribute your ideas.

What you get at UNITY

• Study remuneration (gross/month): 1st year €1,300 · 2nd year €1,450 · 3rd year €1,600. Plus €600 gross annually variable upon full target achievement. You discuss your goals with your training supervisor at the beginning of each year. Gross amounts, as of July 2026.
