For our Bern and Lausanne regions, you will ensure the reception, processing, and resolution of support requests, covering first and second level support (with on-site intervention when necessary) by handling the following tasks:
- You analyze incidents and apply appropriate solutions, ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing within the team
- You communicate with users and, if necessary, direct requests to the competent specialized services
- You actively participate in the continuous improvement of support processes to increase their efficiency
- Within the team, you share your expertise and participate in adapting and evolving processes

Your skills and talents
- You have training in IT or at least three years of experience in an IT and/or support environment, with practice in 1st and 2nd level support
- You excel in hardware and software management, quickly diagnose incidents, and willingly share your knowledge
- You have solid general IT knowledge (Windows, Office 365, etc.)
- You are solution-oriented and customer-focused
- You have an empathetic personality, a strong team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills
- You speak fluent German and French; English and Italian are assets
- You are committed to your continuous development (soft skills and hard skills) and hold a category B driving license
