Your Tasks
- Independent examination of cases in the field of labor and unemployment insurance law
- Creating appealable decisions in the area of self-inflicted unemployment and violation of the duty to provide information and report
- Creating appealable rejection, recovery, and determination decisions
- Creating appeal decisions and responses to complaints
- Creating criminal applications
- Creating requests for legal opening
- Gathering relevant documents and information for legally sufficient clarification of the facts
- Providing telephone, written, and personal information
Your Profile
- Ongoing university studies at the Master's level in the field of law
- Interest in labor, social security, and administrative law issues
- Skilled interaction with various stakeholders
- Fluent (oral and written) in the German language
- Quick comprehension and a high degree of independence, resilience, and decisiveness
- Proficient user knowledge in MS Office
- A varied, challenging, and interesting activity with high personal responsibility
