Pre-Sales & IT Project Manager (M/F)

You actively participate in business development by supporting the sales teams in the preparation, writing, and management of IT tenders. You assist our clients in their transition to digital. At the same time, you ensure the coordination of client projects and the monitoring of deployed solutions.

• Tender management: writing, coordinating, and fully responding to IT tenders (MFP, printing solutions, ECM, security).
• Pre-sales: developing technical and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Quotes and offers: preparing and managing quotes, integrating technical, environmental, and security aspects.
• Project management: coordinating deployment stages (rollout management), monitoring rollout files for clients with or without solutions, managing deadlines and quality.
• Client follow-up: supporting clients experiencing issues related to deployed solutions, in collaboration with technical teams.
• Reporting: writing meeting reports and tracking commercial and technical actions.

• University degree in computer science (Bachelor, DUT or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience required in a similar role
• Experience in developing service catalogs and product management
• Ease in preparing responses to tenders and service offers and contracts in general
• Good knowledge of public administrations is a plus
• Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English
• Great ease in contacts with clients and engineers
• Rigor, customer orientation, and analytical mindset
