Tasks
- Ensure monthly billing with partners and internal service providers.

About the job
What you can achieve
- Ensuring monthly billing with partners (pharma) in collaboration with internal service providers
- Creating and maintaining service contracts as well as materials in SAP (key user)
- Developing and further improving service billing (from recording efforts to invoicing)
- Participating in data analysis (service monitor), i.e. you recognize patterns and develop data-based recommendations to take our pricing strategy to the next level
- Your ideas and innovative spirit help to continuously improve our tools and processes
- You see connections where others only see numbers and question the status quo to find the best solutions
What you bring with you
- You have a technical, commercial, or logistical basic education with further training or a business administration degree
- You have experience in using SAP, preferably in contract management
- A good grasp, a strong understanding of numbers, as well as analytical and structured skills characterize you
- You are familiar with MS Office, especially Excel. Know-how in QlikSense or Power BI would be an additional advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
