About the job
As the interface between specialist departments and IT, you actively drive digitalisation forward!
Main tasks
- Development, orchestration and implementation responsibility of the digital roadmap for various capabilities (specialist business capabilities of FINMA) in close coordination with the specialist departments and the Digital Strategy programme
- Assuming the professional leadership of several interdisciplinary IT service teams for selected business capabilities to (further) develop high-quality IT services, especially in the context of HR, finance, and internal/external communication
- Collaboration with (business) stakeholders and virtual IT service teams regarding new features throughout their entire lifecycle – from requirements analysis, through development support, testing and go-live, to develop effective and sustainable digital solutions for FINMA
- Cooperation with other IT stakeholders, such as business analysts and application managers
- Utilising your proven experience in project-related, agile working and understanding of trends and developments in digitalisation
Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor and/or Master) or comparable education and training, preferably with a business administration background
- At least six years of professional experience at the interface between business and IT or in a comparable role in the digitalisation environment
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams (disciplinary or professional leadership), target group-oriented communication at all levels as well as the ability to inspire employees
- Know-how in SAP (especially FIN / HR including SuccessFactors, SAC and Datasphere) is a great advantage
- Sense of responsibility and independent, solution-oriented working
- Strong IT affinity, customer orientation and high quality awareness
- Experience in agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum) is a big plus
- Very good German skills (C2), French and English skills are an advantage
