Team Lead Engineering Construction Project Management 80-100%- Professional and personnel leadership as well as targeted development of an experienced engineering team
- Overall responsibility for planning, control and implementation of demanding construction projects and programmes
- Ensuring compliance with quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases
- Further development of the engineering department as well as optimisation of processes and standards
- Advising clients and building owners on technical and economic issues
- Management and coordination of project teams, planners and external partners
- Responsibility for resource planning, budget and economic target achievement
- Participation in acquisition and expansion of existing client relationships
- Promotion of a performance-oriented and appreciative team culture
- Completed training or studies at HF, FH or ETH level in construction, building services engineering or comparable
- Leadership experience as well as strong ability to develop employees
- Several years of experience in managing complex construction or infrastructure projects
- Sound understanding of project management, cost control and economic contexts
- Negotiation skills and decisiveness
- Confident manner with clients and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German, good English, French an advantage
