To strengthen our Account Management team in Switzerland, we are looking for a responsible, committed, motivated, and independent person to fill the position of:
Account Manager / Clinical Diagnostics
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the sale and support of our products. Your task as an Account Manager is to maintain effective and long-term customer relationships, develop opportunities for strategic account growth, and work cooperatively and effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sale of products to laboratory customers (hospitals, private laboratories, outpatient clinics) and specialists in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- Strategic planning and sales to key customers in line with company goals.
- Planning, managing, and implementing customer relationships.
- Setting sales targets defined by customers and products.
- Documenting visits, projects, and results, including maintaining customer-specific data in the customer data system SFDC.
- Participation in local customer events and professional congresses (laboratory medicine, clinical immunology, allergology).
- Continuous knowledge transfer in sales with colleagues and supervisors as well as professional development through conferences, seminars, meetings, and training events.
- Strengthening business relationships with customers by supporting the organization and execution of customer-specific training and meetings.
- Monitoring and analyzing developments and trends as well as the market situation to derive important measures for the company.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience (>3 years) in sales in the field of clinical laboratories.
- Training as a medical device consultant or medical/biological background.
- High willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally beyond (training).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
- Confident handling of PC (MS Office).
