About the position
As a Communication Specialist, you play a key role in developing and enhancing the image of the Manufacturing Hub in Cressier. You actively contribute to strengthening its image, increasing its visibility and fostering employee engagement across the site.
You ensure the dissemination of clear, coherent and tailored messages to each stakeholder: media, authorities, local residents, visitors and employees. Thanks to your expertise, you create lasting trust and promote the site’s initiatives.
Positioned at the heart of the organisation, you also play a strategic interface role between the Cressier site management team and the corporation. You thus ensure alignment and coherence of communication actions, while taking local specificities into account.

Ensure consistency of visual identity and update materials (website, photos, videos).
Advise management on messaging, positioning and communication approaches.
Participate in crisis communication management in coordination with the management team and the corporation.
Adapt and relay corporate messages.
Strengthen engagement and understanding of site issues in collaboration with teams (HR, HSSE, operations).
Develop and manage internal communication channels (screens, intranet, local content).
Manage local sponsorship activities in line with the company strategy.
Contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g. visual identity evolution, major site events).
Qualifications
Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in communication, journalism or public relations.
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
Excellent command of French and English; German is an asset.
Proficiency with digital tools, including media and graphic design software, as well as excellent skills with common office tools.
Good understanding or strong interest in the industrial sector and its challenges.
Knowledge of public affairs at regional (NE) and national levels, with a good understanding of stakeholders.
About you
You are an influential communicator, capable of delivering clear and engaging messages.
You excel at building trustful relationships with diverse interlocutors.
With strategic listening skills, you quickly understand issues and adapt your approach.
Proactive, you demonstrate a strong spirit of initiative and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Rigorous and creative, you combine high standards, innovation and impact.
Results-oriented, you turn ideas into concrete and measurable actions.
What we offer
A key and visible role at the heart of a strategic industrial site.
A stimulating environment combining industrial, human and institutional challenges.
Varied interactions (management, employees, media, authorities).
The opportunity to contribute to large-scale and high-visibility projects.
