Concierge (m/f/d)

In the versatile and responsible role as a concierge, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

• Attending to our demanding guests with a warm and professional service
• Fulfilling individual guest wishes and providing tailored recommendations for activities, restaurants, events, and sights
• Organizing transport services such as taxis, limousines, or airport transfers
• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth process of guest activities and requests
• Managing luggage storage and assisting with check-in and check-out
• Providing information about local attractions, cultural events, shopping opportunities, and other services
• Adhering to all concierge and chasseur procedures in compliance with LQA and Forbes Travel Guide standards
• Transparent communication and information sharing within the department and across departments
• Professional reception of guest feedback while maintaining full discretion

• Completed vocational training in hotel management or a comparable service/concierge-oriented field
• Experience in upscale luxury hospitality
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
• A high level of presence and charisma
• Naturally warm charisma
• Empathy, passion, and respect
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a great advantage
