Service Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Perform performance verification directly at the customers - from preparation to successful completion

• Carry out repairs independently both on-site at the customer and in the company

• Implement system renewals at customers

• Commission state-of-the-art systems in operation and at the customer

• Active support during factory acceptance tests (FAT) as well as during installations and acceptance tests at the customer (CAT) in a team with the system engineers

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician or electrician

• Technical further education such as BA, HF or FH in electrical engineering, systems technology, mechatronics or equivalent

• Ideally some initial experience in international field service

• Willingness to travel 50-70% and a valid driving licence

• Fluent German skills and good English skills, French is a plus

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in daily interaction with international customers
