- Design, plan and implement effective and innovative corporate volunteering activities in collaboration with partner organizations and stakeholders
- Recurring organizational and administrative tasks including compliance with budget & reporting requirements
- Motivate our employees for our volunteering activities, among other things through internal communication and presence events
- Support the introduction and maintenance of our new volunteering platform

- You have a completed degree (Bachelor)
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in project management and organizing events of various sizes
- You work in a structured way, like to get involved and keep an overview even with many topics
- You enjoy oral and written communication and get to the point with your concerns
- You are a team-oriented person and deal openly and flexibly with changes
- You have a strong affinity for data and digital tools
- You are confident in the German language and have good knowledge of English and French
