A company in building services is seeking reinforcement for the service internal sales department for administrative order processing and customer support. The position includes coordinating service deployments, invoicing, as well as proactive communication with customers and service partners. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with commercial training who enjoys customer contact and works in a structured manner even in dynamic situations.
- Telephone and written support of customer enquiries and appointment scheduling
- Monitoring order status and ensuring timely processing
- Creation and follow-up of invoices for service deliveries
- Proactive communication with customers, partners and internal interfaces
- Experience in dispatch, invoicing or service back office necessary
- Structured working method and technical understanding are prerequisites
- Customer-oriented manner with strong communication skills on the phone required
