Rent-All Schweiz AG in Wil/ZH – As the largest independent dry-hire provider in Switzerland, Rent-All covers the entire spectrum of rental equipment in event and production technology from the fields of lighting, sound, video, LED, rigging, and stage technology.

We are very pleased to be able to search for an industry- and leadership-experienced personality (m/f) for the Swiss location with over 5,000m2 of warehouse space.

Deputy Warehouse Manager

Your area of responsibility

As deputy warehouse manager, you are responsible for the smooth organisation of the daily business in the warehouse. Furthermore,

• you coordinate all tasks in goods receipt and dispatch
• you are responsible for production planning and allocation of warehouse staff
• you lead a well-coordinated team consisting of permanent employees and freelancers
• you deputise for the warehouse manager in their absence
• you coordinate and optimise tasks in the area of process and quality management
• you communicate with the sales, dispatch, and workshop departments and, across locations, also with other country branches

Your profile

You are a responsible and reliable personality. For this varied and responsible role, you ideally bring the following:

• a completed training and initial leadership experience
• industry and/or material knowledge (audio/video/lighting technology etc.) is essential
• good organisational and communication skills
• good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• enjoyment of a varied job in an exciting industry
• reliability, honesty, and willingness to learn
