- Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent French skills; additional languages are a plus.

What you can help change
- Respond kindly and competently to questions asked by phone, email, letter, or at the counter according to established guidelines
- Make decisions in accordance with current legislation
- Examine, calculate, evaluate, and process files
- Make payments for benefits
- Various administrative tasks.
What you bring
- Completed vocational training with professional experience in the field of social insurance, preferably unemployment insurance
- Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, the code of obligations, and unemployment insurance law
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office) and the ASAL-SIPAC program
- Fluent in French (another language is an asset)
- A taste for public service and a high social sensitivity related to our activities and values
