Student Activation Specialist HF
1st year of training
With us, you will professionally apply the theoretical knowledge gained at school in a varied daily work routine.
What you can achieve with us:
- You will acquire fundamental knowledge in the execution and application of the activation therapeutic process through individual or group activities and continuously expand your skills
- You will gain experience in the use of therapeutic means from the
- musical, creative and motor-functional areas as well as activating everyday activities.
- You will engage with the biographies, diagnoses and resources of our residents
- You will support the activation specialist with administrative and organisational tasks
- You will independently conduct the individual activities you have planned and subsequently document them
- You will independently complete the tasks assigned to you
- You will assist in the planning and implementation of events and excursions
What you bring with you:
- Passed admission procedure with aptitude assessment from ZAG
- Enthusiasm for the profession
- Interest, empathy, joy and patience in dealing with elderly people
- Resilience, independence, spontaneity, flexibility
- Team spirit and appreciation towards all people
- Personal responsibility, ability to reflect,
- Creativity, practical skills and a good sense of humour
- PC user skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
