To strengthen our team, we are looking for you! You will support us in the administrative management of rental properties and take on a variety of back-office tasks in a modern working environment.
Your tasks in detail
- Account assignment and verification of invoices in the EFF system
- Recording and maintenance of rental contracts in GREM
- Support in the back office and in the administrative day-to-day business
- Assistance in tenant support (contracts, terminations, correspondence)
- Support with service charge settlements as well as data and documentation maintenance
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Confident German and advanced English skills
- Good MS Office knowledge and IT affinity
- Initial experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Structured, careful and independent working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment of administrative tasks
