Your Tasks
- Administrative processing for the consulting offices of Pro Infirmis Uri Schwyz Zug and for various service areas
- Editing texts, document management according to CI/CD guidelines
- Administrative support in project or working groups
- Reception, telephone switchboard, processing of mail
- First point of contact for clients, relatives, and professionals
- Administrative processing of consulting inquiries
IT Infrastructure - Location responsible for the operating system (CASEnet)
- IT coordination and system support MS365
Infrastructure - Instruction of employees on occupational safety and ergonomics at the workplace
- Contact person for issues regarding real estate, premises, and maintenance (Facility Management)
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training, all-rounder
- Confidence in oral and written expression in German
- Very good MS365 knowledge
- Technical understanding and affinity for IT topics
- Reliability as well as independent, structured, and efficient working style
- Interest in new forms of work, willingness to work in a self-organized team
- Service-oriented attitude and empathetic communication with clients
- Commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace
