Sales Back Office Clerk, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As the first point of contact on the phone, you provide competent information, accept orders and process written enquiries in German and English
• You are responsible for the administrative handling from sales to export
• Furthermore, you are responsible for coordination and communication with customers and carriers in German and English
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 90 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a commercial basic training as a businesswoman / businessman or equivalent
• Good English skills are a great advantage but not a requirement
• Furthermore, experience in sales back office and technical understanding are important for this role
