Main responsibilities
- Participation in projects to implement the Early Childhood Education, Care, and Upbringing strategy
- Ensuring and developing quality assurance of childcare facilities
- Reviewing and controlling reports as well as the billing of childcare facilities
- Preparing applications for the issuance and renewal of operating permits
- Supporting and representing the competence area in managing administrative and organizational tasks
- Participation in public relations work
Requirements profile
- Bachelor in Social Work FH / HF
- Further training in project management is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the public sector, ideally in external family childcare
- Independent, analytical, precise, and structured working style with the ability to think and act in a networked manner
- Organizational talent and a high level of service understanding
- Communication and negotiation skills in dealing with various stakeholders such as parents, club boards, authorities, or heads of care facilities
- Solid ICT knowledge
- Confident German language skills and ability to write and edit applications and reports
